Our products are designed to last, but when things do go wrong and need to be repaired, our designs allow us to make the process as quick and seamless as possible.

Products that need to be repaired can be fixed in a number of ways. We might be able to troubleshoot the problem remotely and give you a direct fix to get you up and running. Alternatively we might require you to ship the product to us, where we will repair it, test and verify that it is fully operational and get it shipped back to you. Another option is to have one of our engineers come onsite and fix the issue. Depending on current demand and urgency this can be a same day or next day visit.

To organise a repair, please use our Contact Page to send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also phone us using the number on the Contact Page to speak to someone directly.
