Services, Service visits and Repairs can be easily organised by contacting us on our Contact Page, either by email or phone.

Service visits can include the controllers being cleaned, the filters changed and a general all over check to ensure the smooth running of your controller. This should not interfere with the running of your controller or machine.

Repairs are easy to organise through either phone or email. Depending on current demand and urgency, repairs can be a same day or a next day visit.
Training for our controllers can be easily organised if the customer is having difficulty trying to set up or modify the existing setup. This can be achieved over the phone or, if a group needs some training with the software, an engineer can be requested for an onsite demonstration. The engineer option is a more "all round" experience that will cover all of the software and not just the single issue that has been brought up.
